Duke Of Edinburgh
The Duke of Edinburgh award is an internationally recognised award which aims to provide students with the opportunity to work collaboratively to challenge themselves outside of the classroom and help students to develop a new set of skills and experiences that will enable them to develop important life skills like teamwork and problem solving.
At Denbigh High School we place great importance on explicitly teaching values. We believe the Duke Of Edinburgh award provides students with the opportunity to live our six Denbigh Values of Respect, honesty, resilience, tolerance, independence and confidence.
