More and Most Able Club
Since the start of the spring term, we have been running a More and Most Able in PE club for selected students from Year 7 - 10. These students have demonstrated high levels of performance in a range of sports and have been selected to further enhance continue their practical development.
We have been initially working on developing their levels of physical fitness, looking at cardio vascular endurance, speed, agility and muscular endurance. So far completing activities such as circuit training, Speed Agility and Quickness training, endurance training and also some football and dodge ball. We are continuing with the sessions this term, looking to improve the expertise and proficiency of the students.
